Many of the dials in the Oyster collection feature a sunray effect that creates a subtle sheen. This effect requires a fine brushing technique to create a pattern that radiates from the centre of the dial.

The light is dispersed along the engravings, creating a subtle and unique effect, showing different luster as the wrist swings. After the sunray effect is completed, the dial is added with color through physical vapor deposition or electroplating technology, and finally finished with varnish.
